Is it change or recovery

With the global economy in the deepest recession in 60 yrs,a record 131 economies reformed business regulation in the fiscal year ended in may during this year which was surprise to everybody. Doing business 2010:reforming through difficult time,it was found that recorded 287 reforms between June 2008 and may 2009, a sharp 20 percent rise from the previous year which was good news to business world.

As researcher has found that Singapore become consistent reformer ranked top of the list for the comfort of doing business for the fourth consecutive year and Newzealand was second country. Rwanda became the first sub-Saharan African economy to lead the world in reform of business regulation which was proud for the African country, making it easier to establish business,registered the property,protect the investor, trade across the border.

Business regulation can affect how well small and mid size firms cope with the crisis and seize the opportunity when recovery begins. The financial crisis has been a job crisis for the developing countries and government are very concerned to find the new sources of growth and job creation.so this problem has been quite headache for most of the developing countries and they are trying to overcome this problem.
